Keskisen mylly Ltd
Keskisen Mylly is specialised in milling and processing buckwheat grown in the Pirkanmaa region in Finland.
In Keskinen Mill in Vilppula buckwheat has been cultivated since year 1994. In year 1995 a mill specialized in peeling and grinding of buckwheat was built and the present mill was established year 2001.
100% Glutein-free Buckwheat Pasta or Noodles
The basic foundation for our work is the 100% lack of gluten in our buckwheat.
We handle and grind in our mill only totally grain-free buckwheat and only buckwheat, no other grain. The buckwheat is delivered to us by the Buckwheat Cooperative of North-Pirkanmaa. All buckwheat lots delivered to us are threshed and dried with 100% grain-free equipment.
